Technician

1. Introduction:

1. Technical Responsibilities:

The technician will be responsible for the following tasks on a weekly basis:

1. 1. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment, namely crate washer, mobile pressure washers and foamer machines, hand soap and hand sanitizer dispensers, and hoses to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.

1. 2. Inventory Management

• Keep track of the current inventory of the chemicals supplied to GenOSI Inc.
• Report inventory levels and advise the sanitation supervisor of replenishment as needed.

1. 3. Training and Support

• Provide training to end-users on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Offer technical support and assistance to end-users as required.

1. 4. Reporting

The technician will report directly to Ms. Rhida Onella. Regular reporting will include:

• Weekly status report of the issued equipment and inventory of chemicals
• Immediate reporting of any critical issues with the equipment or chemicals.

1. Schedule:

The technician’s work schedule will be every Friday evening of the week until the early morning of Saturday.
