Job Description

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, clients, or goods as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and in good working condition.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Follow traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure safe travel.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods or personal items when necessary.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to destinations.
• Ensure the vehicle is stocked with necessary items (e.g., documents, supplies).
• Provide excellent customer service, particularly when transporting clients or guests.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous driving experience (preferably in a similar role) is a plus.
• Good knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
