Vice President for Operations

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President for Operations to lead and oversee the overall operations of our growing construction businesses. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction management and proven leadership experience across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic and operational planning across the organization
• Oversee financial planning and budget execution in coordination with the Accounting Department
• Organize and strengthen accounting and operational controls
• Manage Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Forecast Planning, and Motorpool Operations
• Drive sales performance and support business growth initiatives
• Supervise Quantity Surveying (QS), Quality Control (QC), audit controls, and project scheduling
• Oversee Construction Management operations, including Project Managers (PM), Project-in-Charge (PIC), Safety Officers, and QC personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Develop systems, improve efficiencies, and implement best practices across all departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage)
• Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting coordination, supply chain, warehouse management, and motorpool operations
• Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong background in QS, QC, project scheduling, and operational audits
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and people management skills
• Results-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
