Job Description

Will serve as a key operational resource, providing support across multiple assigned locations to ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality pharmacy services. This role is responsible for upholding strict inventory management standards, ensuring operational continuity, and representing the organization during community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy to various branch locations as needed to provide licensed coverage and support.
• Inventory audits and monitoring at assigned branches to ensure stock accuracy and prevent losses.
• Participate in community medical missions by managing medication dispensing and providing comprehensive patient counseling in outreach settings.
• Compliance: Ensure all roving locations meet FDA and local regulatory standards during your shift.
• Provide monthly feedback on branch operations and inventory health to management.

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist (PRC License holder).
• Previous experience in retail or clinical pharmacy is preferred, but we are open to motivated newly licensed pharmacists.
• Strong grasp of inventory management and record-keeping.
• Adaptability to work with different teams in various locations.
• Excellent communication skills for patient counseling and medical missions.
• Must be willing to travel (Roving/Float Pool) within the assigned region.
• A passion for service and a "can-do" attitude for community missions.
