Reservation Agent - Night Shift

Job Description:

Our Reservation Agents will be placed in the Air Groups Team through our client “H.I.S Canada Travel Inc” and are responsible for providing group and incentive travel services to a wide range of clients. We are looking for a Reservation Agent who will assist our clients and ensure that all aspects of their group bookings are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle client requests by preparing price quotations and proposals for both domestic and international itineraries, ensuring all group-specific requirements are considered during booking.
• Keep clients informed and represented on all terms and conditions throughout the group air process, including pre-ticketing, policies, reporting, and security procedures.
• Manage accounts payables and receivables, coordinating with Finance to complete the reconciliation process and provide clients with accurate and detailed reconciliation documents.
• Maintain professional and courteous client relations by delivering prompt, accurate responses to phone and email communications.
• Accurately enter data throughout the lifecycle of an event using tools such as Meetings, Project Management, Reservations, and Time Tracking systems.
• Plan and organize group travel efficiently, following established standards and paying close attention to detail in line with client parameters.
• Stay up to date with supplier offerings and industry trends by attending team meetings and participating in onsite and offsite supplier presentations.
• Collaborate with the Group Air team to meet client requirements, escalating client, supplier, or program issues to management proactively for timely resolution.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of work experience as a Reservation Agent

• Knowledgeable in airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs, airline passes, resource guides, books, and industry contacts.
• Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, presentation and consultative skills.
• Strong domestic, trans border and international travel knowledge required.
• Ability to travel to client events, as required
• Advanced skills in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) an asset
• Flexible in any schedule and willing to work onsite in Makati
