Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shift

Job Summary

The supervisor leads night shift warehouse staff to meet operational targets and service level requirements.

• Supervise and manage all warehouse operations during the night shift
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate tasks of warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and accuracy
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures
• Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and staff concerns promptly
• Prepare and submit shift reports, productivity reports, and incident reports
• Coordinate with day shift supervisors, logistics, and other departments for smooth operations
• Train, coach, and discipline warehouse staff as needed
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience required
• Experience handling night shift operations is an advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work on a night shift, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment
