Account Manager-Customer Success

Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as an Account Manager – Customer Success. In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and managing key client relationships. From lead generation to client onboarding and long-term success, you’ll help deliver IT solutions that solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound channels.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client IT needs and business challenges.
- Present and demo solutions alongside technical teams as needed.
- Lead the full sales cycle—from qualification and proposal to pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts post-sale.
- Oversee smooth client onboarding and ensure successful handoff from sales to service delivery.
- Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and satisfaction surveys.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive client retention and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Develop deep client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Monitor account health, usage, and engagement, ensuring clients realize full value from services.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting on all sales and client activities.
- Share feedback with leadership on trends, objections, and market needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT, outsourcing, or SaaS.
- Experience with managed services, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and/or customer lifecycles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident in leading calls, demos, and meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales/customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Highly organized, proactive, and goal oriented.
