Job Description:

We are looking for a Medical Biller (US Healthcare) to support our growing operations. In this role, you will handle claim processing for US insurance providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursements.

This is an onsite, night shift role, ideal for candidates with a background in US healthcare billing who want to grow in revenue cycle management.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance providers
• Ensure accuracy in coding (HCPCS, ICD-10) and billing details
• Monitor claim status and follow up on denied or unpaid claims
• Handle claim corrections and assist with appeals
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate records and support collections performance

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Billing
• Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing is preferred but not required
• Healthcare/BPO experience is preferred
• Familiarity with HCPCS and ICD-10 coding is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule (US hours)
