As a full-time Medical Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of medical claims, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Accurately review, code, and submit medical claims to insurance providers in a timely manner
- Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all billing activities
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum 6 months of experience in medical billing or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
