- Oversee the liquidation and recording of petty cash advances.
- Assist the Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Prepare monthly Member Statement of Account and send reminder to member accounts with pending outstanding dues.
- Process collection of payment from members and issue corresponding Official Receipts.
- Prepare and monitor checks and disbursement vouchers.
- Prepare BIR Certificates of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source (BIR Form No. 2307)
- Coordinate with Messengers for delivery of invoices and collections from Members.
- Maintain records of Billing invoices, Billing Statements, Official Receipts and Other account receivable records (Dep slips, Bank slips, Receipts, etc.)
- Prepare weekly and monthly Aging reports of Accounts receivable.
- Handle member inquiries on billings and management reports.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Preferably a graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or any business-related course.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferably have at least two (2) years of Accounting experience.
- Organized and computer-literate.
- Has the ability to work under pressure
- Applicant must be willing to be assigned to CALOOCAN CITY
