Job Description

• Review, analyze, and interpret financial data related to purchases, sales, expenses, and inventories.
• Communicate in Mandarin with Chinese suppliers, vendors, or partners to resolve billing issues, discrepancies, or payment confirmations.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances with corresponding supplier/customer accounts.

• Assist in preparing tax documentation, BIR filings, and compliance reports (in collaboration with the accounting team).
• Monitor foreign exchange rates and analyze the impact on international transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and support audit requirements.
• Help streamline accounting procedures and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related business field.
• With or without experience in accounting, preferably in trading, import/export, or food distribution.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in English/Filipino.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in using accounting software.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
