  • Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Prepare and present strategic updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

A successful Group Product Manager should have:

  • A degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management or marketing within the life science industry, preferably in Cardiovascular & Metabolism and/or Diabetes therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, execute omnichannel marketing strategies, and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to effectively lead and mentor 2-3 Product Managers.
  • A successful track record in campaign development, execution, and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Adaptability to work within a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Makati and 2 days WFH), and a strong commitment to contributing to a high-performance commercial team.
