Once the foundational setup is complete, this VA will continue supporting store maintenance and updates as the brand introduces new products and grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and optimize the existing Shopify store for conversion readiness and technical stability
• Connect and configure Shopify with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to enable clean and reliable product and ad integration
• Set up and integrate TikTok Shop with the Shopify storefront
• Configure Google Analytics and verify accurate tracking across all incoming traffic sources
• Connect YouTube to the broader platform ecosystem and confirm proper data flow throughout
• Ensure that all pixels, conversion events, and tracking tags are correctly installed and actively firing
• Identify and resolve any gaps between platforms causing traffic loss or inaccurate data capture
• Perform thorough end-to-end testing of all integrations and confirm full functionality before launch day
• Support ongoing store maintenance, product uploads, and platform adjustments as the brand expands
• Compile clear documentation of all integrations and configurations for easy future reference and updates

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience building and optimizing Shopify stores
• Demonstrated experience integrating Shopify with Meta including Facebook and Instagram Shopping
• Proven ability to configure TikTok Shop and connect it directly to a Shopify storefront
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics setup including conversion tracking and traffic source attribution
• Experience installing and validating pixels and conversion events across Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Ability to identify and fix integration gaps that result in data loss or unreliable tracking
• High attention to detail with a systematic and quality-driven approach to testing and verification
• Reliable, organized, and capable of completing technical setup tasks independently from start to finish
• Clear and professional communication skills — able to flag issues accurately and confirm completions without ambiguity

Preferred Skills:

• Experience setting up Shopify stores for a D2C product brand ahead of a major commercial launch
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or Mailchimp integration with Shopify for syncing and managing customer data
• Knowledge of UTM parameter configuration and campaign tracking across both paid and organic traffic sources
• Understanding of the Shopify app ecosystem and the ability to identify, recommend, and configure the right apps
• Experience supporting a product launch or crowdfunding campaign on platforms such as Indiegogo or Kickstarter
• Ability to improve Shopify store pages for higher conversion including product pages and the checkout experience
• Familiarity with YouTube Shopping features or YouTube channel integration within an e-commerce context
