We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator with e-commerce or warehouse experience to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate must be a TESDA NC II certified operator with experience in using a counterbalance forklift.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
Safely move and stack (kamada) products in assigned storage areas and racks
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments
Support picking, packing, and dispatching operations by staging items properly
Conduct daily equipment checks and ensure the forklift is in good working condition
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols at all times
Report any damages, incidents, or equipment issues immediately
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

At least high school graduate
TESDA NC II Certified (Forklift Operation)
With proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
With e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse experience
Knowledgeable in proper handling and storage of goods
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to safety and detail
Responsible, reliable, and a team player
Willing to render overtime if needed
