The work:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure requirements and develop scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation and provide technical support for infrastructure projects and deployments.
• Assist in capacity planning, patch management, and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with converged infrastructure solutions (e.g., Cisco UCS, Dell VxBlock, NetApp, VMware).
• Strong understanding of data center technologies including compute, storage (SAN/NAS), networking, and virtualization platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience in Converged Infrastructure (CI) or Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) technologies. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure solutions that support our enterprise environment. You will play a key role in modernizing our datacenter and hybrid cloud strategies using platforms such as VMware vSAN, Nutanix, Cisco UCS, Dell VxRail, or similar.
• Design, deploy, and manage CI/HCI solutions in line with organizational requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure with applications and cloud services.
• Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, and system optimization.
• Provide tier-3 support for infrastructure incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and create runbooks.
• Ensure systems comply with security standards and business continuity protocols.
• Participate in infrastructure automation and orchestration initiatives (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform).
