Sert Technology Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Sale Executive to join our dynamic team in General Trias City Cavite. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-lasting relationships with our valued clients.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our innovative technology company.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our products and services
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and nurturing activities
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster their professional development
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales closing targets
- Own the final stage of the sales cycle and close deals with new and existing clients
- Convert qualified leads and opportunities into paying customers
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the account and relationship management domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Proficiency in using sales CRM tools and data analysis to drive decision-making
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
