About the role
Join the growing team at ASCONA INTERNATIONAL CORP as a Sales Executive. In this full-time role based in Ermita, Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing client relationships to support the company's strategic growth objectives.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose customized solutions
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, securing repeat business and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and performance
- Contribute to the development of the company's sales strategies and best practices
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the Food Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
