Digital marketing specialist - (tiktok focus)

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive sales, and improve customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email, and online advertising platforms.
• Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage company social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries when necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support marketing initiatives.
• Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Coordinate with influencers, affiliates, and partners for promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, content creation, and analytics tools.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
