The Qualifications We Seek
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or similar roles
  • Customer-oriented with a service-first mindset
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software and systems
  • Outgoing and personable, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and proactive, demonstrating a strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
Your Daily Tasks
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from clients to generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate dispatches nationwide
  • Research and identify the specific equipment or specialists required for each request and coordinate operations accordingly
  • Provide courteous and informative customer support, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of services and capabilities
  • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve significant client issues such as delays or delivery difficulties
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, monitor job progress, and promptly address concerns
  • Participate in limited on-call service rotations with compensation
  • Be available to work on-call rotations as required
