Finance & Compliance Executive

Position Title: Recon and Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliation of property revenue, collections, and expenses.
• Prepare and maintain the cash position report and expense tracker for accurate financial monitoring.
• Generate and analyze the monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statement for reporting purposes.
• Prepare monthly loose-leaf reports for bookbinding, as extracted from the accounting system.
• Maintain an organized repository of financial documents, including expense records, deposit slips, and issued invoices.
• Continuously review and improve internal processes and procedures, ensuring effective communication and implementation of any changes.
• Monitor and assess internal controls regularly to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensure full tax compliance by preparing and submitting accurate and timely tax returns, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax Returns (ITR), Payroll Alphalists, and other required filings.
• Provide documentation and support to tax consultants during tax audits or any other tax-related engagements.
• Coordinate and assist the Corporate Secretary with the preparation and submission of compliance reports, such as Annual General Information Sheets (GIS), Amendments to Articles of Incorporation (AOI), and Secretary Certificates.
• Oversee the application and annual renewal of business permits to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Collaborate with the Legal Team to support ongoing legal cases and provide necessary documentation and information.
• Assist the Tax Team in various compliance activities, including processing Letters of Authority (LOA), and managing the registration or closure of business entities.
