Programmer

About the role

As a Programmer at the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) - Government, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the organization's digital infrastructure and online platforms. This full-time position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, and is essential in supporting CITEM's mission to promote Philippine exports and facilitate international trade.

• Design, develop, and implement efficient and user-friendly software applications and digital solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical requirements and challenges
• Continuously improve and maintain existing systems to ensure optimal performance and security
• Participate in the analysis, design, and testing of new software features and enhancements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest programming languages, tools, and industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Programmer or Software Developer
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
• Hands-on experience with web application development, database management, and user interface design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management tools
