We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Financial Account based in BGC, Taguig. This role is ideal for candidates with solid BPO experience who are looking for competitive compensation and career growth opportunities in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries related to financial and banking services
- Assist clients with account concerns, billing inquiries, and general customer support
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company standards
- Open to at least 2 years college undergraduate (with no back subjects)
- At least 18 months BPO experience handling international voice accounts
- Financial account experience is preferred but not required
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Competitive salary package of up to ₱35,000
