The opportunity

This full-time role is based in Cebu Central Visayas and offers competitive salary and incentives.

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
2. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
3. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
6. Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer scenarios
3. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the BPO industry
4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
