Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and manage the construction of our new store branch in Commonwealth, Quezon City. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all site activities, organizing and managing construction workers, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
A key responsibility of this role is the recruitment, organization, and management of the required workforce, including skilled workers and laborers necessary to complete the project.
Qualifications/Requirements- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, Site Foreman, or similar supervisory role.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in building construction, renovation, or fit-out projects.
- Strong network of skilled construction workers and laborers is highly preferred.
- Ability to recruit and manage project manpower requirements.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and deliver project targets.
