The role

Reporting to the Office Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and organised Office Coordination Assistant to join the team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated' in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will play a vital administrative support function, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing exceptional coordination and assistance to the wider team.

Key responsibilities
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages and routing correspondence appropriately
  • Coordinating office supplies, equipment and maintenance to ensure the work environment is well-equipped and organised
  • Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments and events
  • Providing reception duties, greeting visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supporting the Office Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff and clients, providing exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach to work
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable
