Sales and Business Development
  • Achieve 100% monthly sales targets
  • Conduct on-site sales visits to maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales quotations, job orders, and other related documents.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns, complaints, and after-sales service requests.
  • Visit customers to address operational concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support business growth and market expansion within the assigned area.
  • Customer Service
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding service quality, repairs, rentals, and operational issues.
Branch Operations Management
  • Manage overall branch operations including:
  • Accounting
  • Collections
  • Invoice countering
  • Inventory management
  • Security and safekeeping of company assets
  • Monitor daily operational routes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Oversee in-house forklift repairs and ensure workshop cleanliness, orderliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise the maintenance, rehabilitation, and repair of all company-owned forklift units.
Monitor deployed rental units and ensure timely preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure proper monitoring, inventory, and safekeeping of:
  • Spare parts
  • Unused assets
  • Junk assets
  • Forklift fleets and standard accessories
  • Oversee preventive maintenance services (PMS) and repairs of all company-owned vehicles, including cleanliness and expense management.
  • Ensure proper disposal of junk materials, used consumables, old tires, and other waste materials.
  • Monitor and manage daily garbage disposal and branch cleanliness.
People Management
  • Monitor employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding branch personnel.
  • Implement company rules, regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Issue disciplinary sanctions for employee violations when necessary.
  • Conduct training programs and coaching sessions as needed.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and workplace discipline.
Administrative and Compliance Functions
  • Implement cost-saving policies and operational procedures.
  • Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and safekeeping of all company assets.
  • Prepare and submit operational and performance reports as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Vice President (SVP) from time to time.
