Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and support the achievement of business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store teams, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.

• Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop store personnel to improve productivity and customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper use of POS systems and provide staff support when needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with management to support business growth and profitability.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or sales supervision.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet sales and operational targets.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
