Finance Officer

Cubao, Quezon City | Full‑Time

We are seeking a Finance Officer to oversee and optimize installment‑based and digital payment channels across our retail operations. This role plays a crucial role in driving sales through effective management of partnerships and promotional campaigns.

• Home Credit — a leading buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) provider widely integrated with retail merchants across the Philippines.
• May include additional BNPL providers such as TendoPay, BillEase, Cashalo, and UnaPay .
• GCash — the country’s dominant mobile wallet, used extensively by consumers and merchants.
• Other e‑wallets and QR‑based payments including Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, PayPal, and QR Ph standard-enabled solutions.
• Traditional payment methods such as credit/debit cards, online banking, DragonPay, and over-the-counter outlets (e.g., convenience stores, payment centers).

• Lead the management of Home Credit and other BNPL channels, along with e‑wallets and installment payment providers.
• Ensure promotional campaigns, partner discount mechanics, and customer incentives are activated and fully utilized.
• Regularly review and report on transaction volumes, discount usage rates, and performance impact on sales.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to coordinate promotional execution and align objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for payment providers to resolve issues, activate new features, and negotiate promotional partnerships.
• Maintain accurate reconciliation of payment channel data and monitor ROI on promotional spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• 3 to 5 years in finance, accounting, payments operations, or related commercial support roles.
• Experience in a retail or consumer-facing context is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with BNPL platforms and digital payment systems in Philippine retail.

• Sales-driven mindset; focused on optimizing use of payment promotions to support revenue growth.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent coordination with internal departments and external partners.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive to timelines and targets.
