About the role

Dermesse Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in South Luzon. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of premium skincare products.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented and supportive team to build Dermesse's presence and brand in the region.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve revenue targets for your assigned territory
  2. Train, and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  3. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise sales strategies
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
  6. Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress against objectives
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Experience managing teams of 10 or more people is required
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent is preferred
