Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative for Local Key Accounts (Modern Trade) to join our team! The ideal candidate should have strong selling skills, responsible for promoting and selling our products, has experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, and is capable of driving a 4-wheel vehicle (optional).
If you have 3 to 5 years of sales experience, with proven ability to build strong relationships with local key account clients (supermarkets, groceries, etc.), and are familiar with Metro Manila’s routes, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to clients within Metro Manila.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Supermarket (Local Key Accounts) / Modern Trade / Food Service industry.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to provide product knowledge, promotions, and service updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and handle basic documentation related to sales and deliveries.
- Drive a company vehicle to visit customers and deliver products and ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders (optional).
Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience (preferably in van sales or field sales work, optional)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the Local Key Accounts / Modern Trade / Food Service / FMCG industry in different Metro Manila areas.
- Strong selling and negotiating skills, understanding of the Supermarket / Food Service / Modern Trade client needs and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to do field work and be assigned in different areas of concerns
- Preferably with valid professional driver’s license (can drive a 4-wheel vehicle or L300, optional) and familiar with Metro Manila roads and areas.
