EDUCATION
- Preferably a graduate of any 4 year course or 3rd year college.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in an automotive dealership or retail environment, is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Coordinates closely with the Sales Manager, Finance and Insurance Department, and Service Department to ensure smooth sales transactions and excellent customer experience.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Admin, and Accounting for lead generation, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintains professional relationships with customers, prospective buyers, and external partners to build trust and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage and maintain a customer database.
- Proficient in using dealership management software (DMS) and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and financing options is an advantage.
- Closing sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
