About the role

As a Financial Advisor at Hawk's Vanguard a Branch Affiliate of MANULIFE PHILIPPINES, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals. This full-time position is based in Central Visayas, and you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice and solutions to our valued customers.

• Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals.
• Providing expert guidance on a range of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and banking solutions.
• Conducting thorough financial assessments and offering customized recommendations to help clients make informed decisions.
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
• Actively contributing to the growth and success of the business by generating new leads and exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborating with the broader team to ensure seamless client experiences and the delivery of exceptional service.

• Proven experience in a client-facing sales or financial services role, preferably within the banking and financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment vehicles, and risk management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and engagingly.
• A proactive, customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field would be highly advantageous.
