Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to help ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You'll play a key role in maintaining our Quality Management System, supporting manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your Role- Maintain and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP standards, Halal requirements, and internal quality policies.
- Conduct in-process and finished product inspections to verify compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Review and approve quality documents, including SOPs, specifications, batch manufacturing records, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and quality reports.
- Verify the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products before release.
- Lead investigations on deviations, non-conformities, customer complaints, returned products, and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer quality concerns and coordinate investigations with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance across production and support departments.
- Support supplier qualification, vendor audits, validation activities, risk assessments, and change control.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, R&D, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Regulatory teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Ensure all quality records and documentation are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Support FDA inspections, customer audits, Halal audits, and other regulatory or certification audits.
- Conduct GMP and quality awareness training to promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical Technology, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related science field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Experience in an FDA-licensed manufacturing company is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), FDA regulations, documentation practices, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
- Experience in audits, product release, validation, supplier quality, and continuous improvement is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
