We’re Hiring: Senior R2R Analyst – Cash Management & General Accounting!
Join our finance team as a Senior R2R Analyst and take ownership of end-to-end cash management, bank reconciliation, and general accounting activities in a fast-paced SAP-driven environment.- Location: Taguig City, Philippines
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Role: Senior R2R Analyst – Cash Management & General Accounting
- Lead and validate MT940 uploads, bank interfaces, and SAP processing
- Manage payment proposals for trade, non-trade, intercompany, and loan transactions
- Oversee disbursements including checks, transfers, supplier financing, and reconciliations
- Perform daily bank balance monitoring, statement analysis, and cash reporting
- Drive bank reconciliation activities and resolve outstanding/unreconciled items
- Prepare month-end reports including disbursement summaries, GL schedules, and accruals
- Handle clearing of unclaimed checks, suspense accounts, and bank charges
- Support intercompany settlements, treasury postings, and FX rate uploads
- Review GL accounts, monitor closing activities, and ensure accurate financial records
- Support audits, internal controls, and mentor junior analysts on cash and GL processes
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance✔ 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, R2R, or Finance roles
✔ Strong hands-on experience in cash management and SAP S/4HANA
✔ Solid knowledge of bank reconciliation, treasury operations, and payment processing
✔ Strong understanding of intercompany, loan, and accrual accounting
✔ Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and Excel/reporting skills
✔ Detail-oriented with strong control and ownership mindset
