- Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Post jobs to appropriate job boards, social media, and internal channels.
- Source and recruit candidates using various methods (databases, social media, job portals, networking).
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
