We are looking for a Philippines-based freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our international HR team. This role is responsible for sourcing and hiring Sales Representatives across the United States for our Italy-based company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting, talent sourcing, and recruitment strategies, with proven expertise using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for remote Sales Representatives in the USA
• Actively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other job platforms
• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Utilize ATS systems (Teamtailor experience is a strong plus) to efficiently track and manage candidates
• Ensure weekly KPI targets for sourcing and interviewing are consistently met
• Stay up to date with market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies

• Degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a headhunter or in an agency setting
• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Monster
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
• Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment KPIs

• Freelance contract
• Flexible work schedule - Freelancers are free to organize their own working hours as long as weekly/monthly targets are achieved
• Work remotely from the Philippines
• Performance-based compensation model, with payments for each approved candidate and the opportunity to earn up to a capped amount monthly based on results. Further details will be shared during the interview process.
