Credit Officer (AU Equipment Dealer

Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)

• A minimum of 3 years' credit experience
• Strong organisation skill with the ability to prioritise tasks in a high volume role
• Cash Collection & Account Reconciliaton experience
• Experience in using SAP, High Radius, and MS Excel

1. Accountable for achieving days sales outstanding (DSO) and aged debt profile and doubtful debt goals for assigned ledger. Effectively manage key accounts in assigned ledger
2. Use own discretion within credit policy to make decisions on customer trading status, debt collection strategy and order approval management.
3. Efficient management of Credit Limit Exceed report.
4. Accountable to manage disputed invoices and to influence outcomes with internal stakeholders to ensure cash collections and customer satisfaction
5. Responsible for reconciliation of accounts in assigned ledger.
6. Responsible for identifying any high risk customers and putting in place appropriate mitigation measures in conjunction with the Credit Supervisor
7. Engage in seeking opportunities to improve processes and activities
8. Manage incoming customer queries for all channels in a timely manner.
