Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in South Metro Manila with the role of Sales Officer.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and facilitating account conversions for credit cards and personal loans through retail store partnerships and wholesale sales acquisition. The role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively engage with store personnel, train them on product offerings, and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
You will also enhance cross-selling initiatives at the store level by positioning the bank as the premier provider of consumer loan solutions, thereby increasing the product holding ratio among depositors. Additionally, you will launch various sales activities such as acquisition promotions with giveaways, sales caravans, and events.

What the role will entail- Execute marketing programs and sales activities (in-store and offsite) to meet targets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver promotions and campaigns on schedule.
- Train store staff and partners on products, promotions, and application processes.
- Monitor store performance, production, and sales results; recommend improvements.
- Review applications, rates, and declined cases to maximize approvals and competitiveness.
- Conduct store/client visits, drive sales initiatives, and ensure timely processing and customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field from a reputable school.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services (banking preferred).
- Strong sales drive and self-starter mindset.
- Customer-focused with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
