Corporate Strategy and Communication Officer

This role leads the planning and execution of the company’s strategy, ensures everyone is aligned, and communicates key initiatives clearly to the whole organization.

Duties:

• Create and put into action the company’s overall strategy.
• Turn executive goals into clear plans and measurable steps.
• Work closely with senior management and other teams to make sure strategies are executed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for executives.
• Oversee internal and external communications about strategy, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Track progress of initiatives and provide insights for decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
• With 5 years in corporate strategy, business planning, or similar roles.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and multiple teams.
• Amenable to work in a hybrid setup in Mandaluyong
