Job Description:

The Contract Support – Corporate Partnerships & Strategy will play an essential role in assisting the Corporate Partnerships and Strategy units in maintaining and developing key business relationships. This role focuses on pulling and analyzing data for partnership renewals and business development, managing advertising inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, possess solid technical proficiency with data and reporting tools, and be comfortable working independently under remote supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and organize corporate partnership engagement data from Power BI and format reports using Adobe InDesign.
  • Retrieve corporate partnership roster data from NetForum CRM for reporting and business meetings.
  • Prepare data and reports for upcoming business development meetings and partnership renewals.
  • Respond to advertising inquiries received through email and coordinate follow-ups with the internal point of contact.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Partnerships & Strategy team.
  • Ensure accurate data compilation, timely responses, and organized documentation of all activities.
  • Timely and professional follow-up to advertising inquiries.
  • Accurate, comprehensive, and well-formatted reports generated from NetForum and Power BI.
  • Consistent responsiveness to administrative and reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
  • High-quality data organization and proactive support for partnership initiatives.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative, partnership support, or data reporting roles.
  • Experience in working with databases, reporting tools, or CRMs (preferably NetForum).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Slack, Zoom, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and process management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting to a remote manager.
  • Service-oriented attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
