Qualifications and Job Description:
- Must be okay working 100% onsite at WNS Bridgetowne Site
- 3+ Years of experience in Corporate travel handing VIP Traveler’s (CEO, CFO, COO) Call and escalation case, with deep knowledge in GDS (Ticketing, reissue, refund, hotel and Car booking) with excellent customer service skill and efficient to handled tough conversation with client.
- Understanding process KPIs ability to drive performance
- Experience of working with or for a Global Travel Management company (TMC)
- GDS – Sabre, Amadeus, NDC knowledge.
- Understanding of Corporate travel nuances
- Understanding of travel suppliers for Air, Hotel, Car and Rail bookings
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understand and abide by the importance of discipline, punctuality & protocol
- Flexible with shifts – 24X7 Set up
