Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager
Channel Marketing Manager - oversees trade and channel marketing strategies and activities directed to a company’s sales channels including distributors, retailers and dealers. Manages the Channel Marketing Supervisors. Reports to the Sales Director.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Category Business and Technical Sales and Support Group.
- Design and implement trade marketing campaigns aimed at channel partners based on Business Plan.
- Identify target markets and tailor trade marketing efforts accordingly.
- Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of channel marketing activities.
- Adjust strategies based on data and feedback to optimize results.
- Allocate and manage budgets for channel marketing activities.
- Prepare reports on channel marketing performance, stakeholder engagement, and campaign outcomes for the top management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in channel or partner marketing.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and execute channel marketing plans to support partner sales and growth.
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, or retail partners in the Luzon region.
