Job Responsibilities
- Develops short- and long-term business and trade marketing plans to drive category growth.
- Co-manages sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and effective trade program execution.
- Collaborates with Marketing on new product launches, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Secures market intelligence, monitors competition, and provides actionable insights.
- Designs nationwide distribution, merchandising, and pricing strategies to strengthen market presence.
- Handles customer marketing admin tasks and approves promo work plans for assigned categories.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Management or a related field
- With at least 5+ years Trade /Brand Marketing experience
- Category management, shopper marketing/insighting, and post-promo evaluation expertise
- Strong project management, innovation, and data analysis (Nielsen/Kantar) skills
- Willing to do regular fieldwork (minimum 4x/month) for competition & execution checks
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and third-party agencies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills
