VERSA is the first ever Philippine two way radio brand which was launched 13 years ago. Two way radios or walkie-talkies cater to a niche market and are mandatory for industries like corporate security, transportation & logistics, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, mining, government, police and public safety.

The brand is expanding across all industries regional and global in the coming months.

The expansion initiative would mean hiring new Sales Manager who would do FACE TO FACE and FIELD SALES account management roles in the different key cities in the entire archipelago. We are looking for the very best candidate who can:

  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Relationship Managers.
  • Identify and maintain new contacts/partnerships and networks relevant for business development and project identification.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Present sales, revenue, expenses, and client partnership reports and realistic forecasts to Management.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the Sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Completes Company sales operational requirements by scheduling, assigning, and deploying Relationship Managers, and following up on work results.
  • Assist in establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand, subject to Management approval.
  • Coordinating with Marketing on lead generation.

Responsibilities involve achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the Company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

The job requires good interpersonal skills. Experience in field sales and a similar customer facing role will be an advantage but not required. Critical thinking and problem solving skills will help the account executive establish the best customer relationship and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's in Business or related.
  • With at least 4 years solid sales management experience and customer service management preferably in industries like Telecommunications and ICT industry.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience leading business development, account management, and inside sales teams for B2C and B2B businesses dealing with businesses of different sizes and industries.
  • Should have excellent people & leadership skills.
