Quezon City - Sales Manager (WFH and Nightshift)

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing data, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy of sales-related information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Operations & Data Management:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and sales-related data within the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other proprietary platforms (e.g., Luxor).
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc audits of sales data, including but not limited to:
• Luxor System Auditing: Verify the accuracy of information within the Luxor system, cross-referencing with other sources as needed.
• Job Classification Auditing: Rigorously audit and correct job classifications (e.g., Residential, Small Commercial, Commercial, Strategic Relationship Management (SRM)) to ensure accurate segmentation and reporting for various sales initiatives.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data consistency and reliability across all platforms.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

• Develop and generate various sales reports (e.g., pipeline reports, activity reports, performance dashboards) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for sales growth.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to sales representatives and management.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in CRM tools.
• With at least 5 years+ of experience in Sales.
• Can manage outbound calls.
• With leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute independently while also guiding and motivating a team.
