Compensation & Benefits- Training allowance of approximately ₱7,000 – ₱8,000+ per month during the training period

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Generate and pursue leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other channelsConduct client consultations and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Present policy coverage, benefits, terms, and exclusions
Prepare quotations and proposals
Conduct outbound calls and field activities to convert leads into clients
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Client Relationship Management
Provide professional advice on insurance and risk managementGuide clients through policy requirements and documentation
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups
Documentation and Policy SupportPrepare and review insurance documents
Update and maintain client records and CRM systems
Monitor policy issuance and documentation requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Facilitate smooth transition to post-sale support
Qualifications- Senior High School Graduate; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least six (6) months to two (2) years of experience in sales, insurance, account management, customer service, or related fields
- Experience in Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance, Automotive, or Sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with a strong sales personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools
- Professional, trustworthy, and results-driven
