Process Ninjas is looking for a fluent Japanese Speaking market research focus group host. The primary function of this role is to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers while hosting live online focus group sessions.
You will meet with focus group participants 30 minutes before the focus group video call to check that their audio/video work and they are all ready to begin the meeting on time. You will stay on the call and observe the focus group, providing assistance and troubleshooting if there are any technical issues during the session.
Work Setup: This position is open for remote workers who are based outside of Cebu.Operating Hours: Daytime in Japan.
Expectations:
- Independently host online focus group sessions, running on the platform while actively listening and watching each session to provide technical support as needed, aiming for the highest quality experience for our clients and participants.
- Perform tasks related to a variety of product setup and deliverables, including, but not limited to, technical check status, updating session statues, and updating stimuli.
- Help keep clients and projects organized, documented and on schedule.
- Ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
- Identify and document product failures.
- Proactively contribute to departmental process improvement, while maintaining platform proficiency by attending all trainings and assisting with certain projects including, video upload, project set up and data manipulation using Excel.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
- N1 or N2 level fluency in Japanese
- Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Fluency and neutral accent required for this position.
- Good computer skills
- Experience in ticket support customer services projects preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable of working with teammates or independently
- Attention to detail and desire to learn
