Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is preferred.
- Skilled in conducting audits, analyzing findings, and implementing corrective action
- Proficient in ISO standards, including ISO 9001: 2015 with 3-5 years of experience operating and administering QMS
- Effective Communication (oral and written) skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Can facilitate trainings / workshop/ meeting/ focus group discussion and orientation.
- Knowledgeable/experience in developing training materials/kit/lay- outing manuals.
- Analytical skills to assess quality performance using data and metrics.
- Fully proficient in (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring compliance with standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
