Position Title: Branch Head

Job Summary:

Process and interpret information to derive meaningful insights, make informed decisions, and leverage insights to think creatively and explore unconventional solutions.
Identify and contact potential customers in order to generate new business
Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services
Build connections with customers and lay the foundation for trust
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Understand and use modern technology effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field
Master’s degree or relevant post- graduate studies is as advantage
Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations
Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership
Experience in overseeing full branch operations. Including customer service, compliance, and operational risk management
