The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and assigning drivers, technicians, or field personnel to ensure timely, safe, and efficient delivery of services. This role serves as the central communication point between customers, field staff, and internal teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus
Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar coordination role
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems, or MS Office

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays
